Follow-ups and thank-yous

On a job's Activity tab, Messages drafts a short email for you to copy and send yourself. Hello Job Tracker never sends email.

• Draft a follow-up: for an application that has gone quiet. The dashboard's Needs you lists applications waiting a week or more.
• Draft a thank-you: for after an interview. Needs you lists interviews from the last few days, once you have saved the interview time.

Each has Copy subject and Copy message. The greeting is left as Hi [Name], so no name is ever guessed: put in the person's name before you send it.
