"This page needs the model to read it": you have no key in use. Sign in for the free trial,
or add your own key on Settings.
"That site does not let us read the page directly" or "Could not load that page": check
the link, or choose Paste the job description instead (see Adding jobs).
"That is too short to be a job description": copy the whole posting, not just a line or
two.
"That preview has expired": you waited a while before choosing Add. Read the link again.
"OpenAI refused that key": check the key on your OpenAI account (it may have been revoked or
have no credit) and paste it again.
Your key has gone from Settings: it was forgotten after 2 hours without use or a restart, as
designed. Paste it again.
"You have used your free trial" or "Today's free trials are used up": add your own key
on Settings, or try again tomorrow.
"This month's OpenAI budget is spent": raise it on Settings, or wait for next month.
A draft says some things were held back: the job asks for something your profile does not
show. If it is true, add it as a fact and regenerate.
A score says it is out of date: your profile or criteria changed after it was measured.
Choose Re-assess on its Fit tab.
"Too many requests": wait for the time it gives, then try again.
"Something went wrong on our side (reference …)": try again. If it keeps happening, quote the
reference when you report it.
