Selection criteria and application questions

Government, university and many larger employers ask you to answer selection criteria, or an application form asks short questions ("Why do you want to work here?"). Open the job's Answers tab:

  1. Choose Selection criteria (each answer tells one example from your history: the situation, what you had to do, what you did and how it turned out) or Application questions (shorter, direct answers).
  2. Paste the criteria or questions, one per line. Numbers and bullets at the start of a line are fine. Up to twelve.
  3. Choose Write answers. It takes about half a minute.

Each answer has Copy (plain text, ready for the form) and Where this comes from, the lines of your resume and the facts it rests on. When your resume and facts hold no example for a criterion, the answer says so rather than inventing one: add the example as a fact on Profile → About you, then Write them again. Read each one before you use it.
