Insights

Insights, in the sidebar, is worked out from your own jobs and their stages, with no AI and no cost. The more you keep stages up to date, the truer it is.

• The funnel: jobs added, applied to, answered (any reply, rejections included), interviewed and offered.
• Interviews by fit: of the jobs you applied to, how many reached an interview, by fit score. It shows whether a high score really leads to more interviews for you.
• Answers by source: which job sites' applications get a reply, and how long a reply usually takes.
• Skills that keep coming up: skills named as a gap in two or more fit assessments. Click one to see the jobs and what each assessment said. Worth learning, or worth adding to your profile if you already have them.
